Special orders and compounded medications require additional time; please complete this form 7 business days in advance of needing special orders or compounded medications.

If your pet does need medication immediately please contact us by phone to see what we can do to accommodate.

To avoid drug interactions, inform us of all medications and supplements, both currently and in the past, which have been prescribed for your pet.

Some prescriptions require an examination and lab testing every 6 months to safely use.

Dispensing or prescribing a prescription product requires a Veterinarian-Client-Patient Relationship (VCPR). This means veterinarians are required to examine your pet and understand your pet’s health care needs within a 12 month period of time, as well as have a relationship with you, before medication can be prescribed or dispensed. We will call you with any questions or to let you know when your medication is ready for pick-up.
